I cut down some white card to the same size as my card bases to create a card front and used my Nuvo Glimmer Paste and Prima stencil to create the raindrops for the background.
Whilst I was waiting for the raindrops to dry I die cut the Simon Says Stamp Rainbow from Neenah Classic Crest white card and used the chisel tip of my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers to colour them all in. Markers: BP7, DR5, OR2, CT3, CG3, LG5, BT8, TB5, PL4 and LV3.
I die cut clouds from Lawn Fawn pearlescent vellum.
I used the remaining bits of rainbow to decorate the envelopes.
