My youngest niece had her 5th birthday this week and there was a family birthday party yesterday (it was also her granddad’s birthday this week too!)
Everyone had a lovely time. I took these photos of the card at the party because I had forgotten to take one earlier!
I used the Whimsy Stamps ‘Mystic’ (from the Crissy Armstrong Collection) stamped in black ink. I coloured in her horn, hooves, mane and tail with Promarkers (which came through the card to the inside, but my Step Sister said the pattern it created on the inside looked pretty too!).
I’ve had a Mix & Match Stamp Sets Butterflies (Habico) for ages that I haven’t ever used, and because I had the brightly coloured Mystic as the centre piece of my card I decided to use the three largest images in the set inked with Distress Ink in Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn and Picked Rasperry.
Last, I die cut a 5 from my Memory Box Parker Numbers dies and stuck it on with double sided tape.
