My Mum talked to me over the holidays and told me that she had to buy some cards for upcoming birthdays and that when she got to the till the cost was extortionate – if I make cards, why don’t I sell them? Well, to be honest I’d been thinking about it for a while and she said, “make some masculine birthday cards for me, I’ll buy them and I’ll have them in my stash ready to post”. So this is the first card I made to sell this year!
I saw that Seven Hills Crafts had the MFT Chinese Takeout die and matching stamp set (called Good Fortune) on sale and I had been um-ing and ah-ing about buying it since it came out because I think it’s a great gender neutral set and it can also be used for several occasions, so I popped it in my basket and made this card.
Do you sell your handmade cards? Would you consider selling at a craft fare or online? Do let me know – I’m curious!!!
