A scientist's crafty side
I blended Distress Inks in Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers and Seedless Preserves on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Neenah classic crest. I sprayed the ink blended panel with clean clear water and blotted it with tissue paper, then used Hero Arts Shimmer Mist in pearlescent white to resemble stars.
