This stamp set is from a company that are no longer in production, but there are lots of very similar stamps available, so I’m sure you can reproduce this with alternative supplies! I am sooo ready for Spring, so I wanted to have a rainbow colour scheme (inspired by Laura Bassen because she is ALL about the rainbow, and her YouTube videos make me smile!)
The stamp set is called ‘Happy Hello Thanks’ by Waltzingmouse Stamps. I placed the large scripty ‘hello’ in my stamp platform and stamped it in rainbow colours of Stampin’ UP! inks (Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green, Pacific Point and Perfect Plum). Instead of using an acrylic block and moving the stamp I moved the paper in my stamping platoform so that the stamps were vertically lined up every time.
I trimed down the stamped card and adhered my stamped panel to the card front with fun foam. No card would be complete without some Nuvo Crystal Drops! So I added Crystal Drops in colours that I thought were as close as possible to the inks. The colours I used were Dandelion Yellow, Red Berry, Bottle Green, Midnight Blue and Violet Galaxy.
I’ll be sending this card to my Step Mother to let her know I have a viva date at the end of this month – Eeeeeek!!!!
I think ‘hello’ is a very versatile greeting – what is your favourite greeting for cards?
